From Topic to Upload: How to Make a YouTube Video in One Hour

Consistency is the biggest reason channels succeed on YouTube, but consistency is hard when every video takes hours. This workflow helps you make a faceless video in about an hour.

Step 1: Topic (5 minutes)

Pick a topic from YouTube search suggestions, your comments and popular videos in your niche. Choose one where people are actually asking questions.

Step 2: Script (10 minutes)

In CIVE's Script AI, choose the topic, language (Urdu, Roman Urdu, English or Hindi), tone and length. Once you have the script, read it yourself and add your own knowledge, examples and style. This is what makes the video original.

Step 3: Retention check (5 minutes)

Paste the script into Retention AI to see where viewers are likely to leave. Fix a weak hook or a long intro right there.

Step 4: Voiceover (5 minutes)

Choose a voice from the voice library that suits your content, preview it, and generate the full voiceover. Stick with the voices you use most often so your channel has a recognizable sound.

Step 5: Visuals and editing (25 minutes)

Put the voiceover into your editing app and add stock footage, images or screen recordings on top. Change the visual every 5 to 10 seconds, add captions and light background music.

Step 6: SEO and thumbnail (10 minutes)

Get the title, description, tags and thumbnail text ideas from YouTube Brain. Put 3 or 4 large words and one strong focal point on the thumbnail.

Step 7: Upload and schedule

Schedule the video for when your audience is most active (see "When your viewers are on YouTube" in YouTube Studio Analytics). Always add chapters, an end screen and a playlist.

The first few videos will take longer, but after 5 or 6 videos this workflow becomes a habit.
